Everyone should arrive early and be seated and ready to go at 10:15 am sharp.  The first presenters should be up at the console and ready to begin.  The mentor or the professor will have the equipment turned on and set up.  Please do not arrive after presentations have begun.  If you arrive late, remain outside the room until someone lets you in.  Anyone arriving late will lose 10 points.  The schedule allows 5 minutes per person, which includes transition time.  If we run ahead or behind schedule, I will adjust.  Any extra time will be used for questions.  If you have a time conflict due to a final in another class, you should have cleared this with me already.  If you have not done so, please talk to your other professor.
